v型折的角度计算很简单,所有的教程里都会有说明,只要遵循左边和等于右边和即可,但是v型折的坡度计算因为比较复杂,并且对于很多人来说知道精确的坡度值意义不大。但是对于我来说是必须要精确的,这是后续依赖此坡度进一步计算其他零件尺寸的基础。所以我推导了出了坡度公式,并且做成电子表格,方便工作中随时计算。目前流行的三类表格:google sheet,office和wps,他们的语法各不相同,所以分别写了对应的公式。
因为坡度的计算依赖扎实的数学立体几何知识,我的数学很差,所以目前推导出的公式只是底板展开180度时v型折的坡度,希望有一天可以计算出底板展开任何角度时v型折的坡度。

*上面第三个立体示意图中右侧的坡度误将“输出”写为“输入”了,提示一下。
*使用表格时,输入字段的角度值需要手工填写,输出字段的角度值会自动计算填写。
第一种情况:底板和v型折左右两个贴位角都是已知的。只是计算坡度。需按以下结构构建表格。
